Lori Bell

Lori Bell is a professional flutist, recording artist, composer, and educator in San Diego, California. She is a three-time Global Music Award winner for performing, composing, and arranging. Her 2016 album, Brooklyn Dreaming, was recognized in Jazz Journal, Jazz Times, the Los Angeles Times, the Huffington Post, and Downbeat Magazine. She has collaborated with Dave Mackay (piano/vocal), Ron Satterfield (guitar/ vocal), Tamir Hendelman (piano), David Enos (bass), and Enzo Todesco (drum).

Lori has performed in high profile ensemble settings at The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC, SOKA Performing Arts Center in Orange County, CA, The Wadsworth Theatre at UCLA, Birdland & The Blue Note in NYC, on a project of jazz arrangements and classical compositions for the Los Angeles Philharmonic Music Library. When she is not performing, she can be found honing her craft, teaching, and composing.
